Enrollment Procedures

Our campus take pride in their staff who are able to provide personalized assistance, fast, and efficient admissions procedures in-campus and even online.

Modes of Registration and Enrollment for School Year 2020 - 2021
Online In-campus
  • Go to the e-Admission form and fill out the application form completely.

  • Secure a copy of your enrollement reference number sent to your registered email address.

  • Pay the reservation fee* online or over-the-counter thru our Alternative Payment Partners.

  • Take a screenshot or a photo of your proof of payment and validate it to the HCC e-Admission Validation form.
    Validate and check the status of your enrollment at e-Admission Validation form(scroll to the bottom part of the page.)

  • Prepare the necessary admission requirements for submission on or before the start of classes.

  • *Paid reservation fees will be deducted from the total assessment fees.
  • HCC campus strictly implements health and safety protocols against CoVid-19, please wear mask/faceshield, always sanitiza and observe social distancing, our office is located at Brgy. Rizal Sanata, Rosa Nueva Ecija an is open every Mondays to Fridays from 8:00am to 4:00pm (except on weekends and holidays)

  • Visit us during office hours.

  • Pay the required amount indicated on the assessment form or the reservation fee at the Cashier’s window.

  • Get the official receipt.
